Halton Borough Council wishes to invite you to an Astmoor Masterplan Phone-In on 30 July 2020, 10.00am-10.30am
The last few months have been very difficult for businesses on a worldwide scale. The impact of the pandemic on our lives is immeasurable and will continue to be so for some considerable time. Consequently, as the pandemic unfolded, Halton Borough Council decided in April to defer the presentation of the Astmoor masterplan for 12 weeks to allow businesses time to focus on their staff and livelihoods. With restrictions now being lifted and the masterplan and delivery strategy almost complete, it is an opportune time to re-engage with all stakeholders.
We are delighted that we will shortly be sharing the virtual Astmoor Masterplan Presentation with stakeholders, created by masterplan consultants BDP, so that you can see what the plans are now that we have taken on board your comments and any concerns raised during the consultation. There will be 3 weeks to view the video and to revisit it in your own time so that you can consider any further questions you may have.
On 30 July masterplan consultants BDP and myself Diane Robinson, Lead Officer HBC for Astmoor, will be available to take your calls directly. Please think carefully about any questions you wish to raise as we would like to speak to as many of you as possible in the allotted time.
Having viewed the video, you will of course also have an opportunity to email us at astmoor@halton.gov.uk up to 7 August. This is the final date for all comments before the masterplan will be presented to the Council’s Executive Board for adoption.
