1stuesday Breakfast Networking – Development, Training & Apprenticeships in Halton
February 4 @ 7:30 am - 9:30 pm
BID Businesses can attend this free of charge, however, as this is a Free Event sponsored by the Apprenticeship Hub, please feel free to invite clients.
Halton has a fantastic college providing lots of opportunities for young and old alike. To tell us more about the impressive transformation that has seen our local college achieve a 100% vocational pass rate, we are delighted that the Head of Riverside College, Mary Murphy, will be hosting this event, sharing their success story and letting us know more about current provision as well as plans for the future. This is a unique opportunity to visit the college, take a tour of their vocational resources and admire their newly opened, extremely impressive playhouse.
As our first 1stuesday of 2020 falls firmly in apprenticeship week, we’re recognising the importance of a highly skilled workforce. We’ll be hearing from a number of local award-winning apprentices, meeting current students searching for their next role and hearing from local organisations that are currently using the apprenticeship programme to secure new talent, support succession planning and develop the skills required to meet future demand.
