The Akona ‘train the trainer’ bespoke course, will provide learners with the necessary knowledge and understanding of the basic principles and delivery methodologies around how to present to large or small audiences. The course aims to address some key fundamental issues surrounding effective communication through group interaction and practical sessions.

• Understand the roles and responsibilities of a trainer/presenter
• Understand effective communications and how to present a training session.
• Explain the techniques used in effective questioning and listening skills during a training session
• Explain how to prepare and execute a training session
• Understand how to delivery and engage with delegates during a training session
• Understand how to manage questions and deal with difficult delegates
• Delivery a micro teach (teaching session) on a subject of choice – practical group session
