Local Authority Update – At a Glance:
Phase 1 is progressing well on site, with strong progress in construction, including the completion of foundations and piling across key areas.
Looking ahead to Phase 2, preparations are underway behind the scenes. A planning application for the remaining sections of the development is expected to be submitted within the next few weeks.
To support this stage, site investigation works are scheduled to begin at the end of July. These surveys are essential for understanding ground conditions and ensuring everything is in place for the next phase.
