Message from Christine Southern – Clerk to Halebank Parish Council.
Halebank Parish Council installed Christmas Lights in the trees on the verge at the front of the local co-op four years ago. They were installed during thepandemic to give the community a lift and I am sure were also appreciated by the employers/employees of the local businesses. The lights now need replacing as the trees have obviously grown over the last 4 years. The Parish Council currently have a best quote for £4900.00 to purchase new lights outright including installation.
As your business is part of our community, we are hoping that you would like to contribute in some way towards the cost. Any amount large or small would be much appreciated by both the Parish Council and the local community. We would also include a recognition of sponsorship plaque at the site of the lights.
