Image Enhancement
Under the theme of Image Enhancement the BID will continue to invest in image enhancements to attract new companies and employees. The BID will promote the Estates as locations where companies are proud to bring their customers.
The BID will undertake the following services:-
Install, replace, repair and maintain BID welcome gateway entrance signage. The BID also works with the Council to ensure cleansing and replacement of existing damaged signage is carried out.
Our BID Manager is regularly on both Estates to check for blocked drains, fly tipping and any other issues.
The BID Manager liaises with the Council to ensures that any blocked drains are promptly cleared to prevent flooding.
Management of fly tipping, checking for and coordinating the removal of any fly tipping.
Instigated litter picking to improve and maintain the appearance of the estates and deter offenders.
Also liaising with the Council in relation to mechanical sweeping and litter picks.
Also clear and cut back overgrown, obstructive shrubs on unadopted land.
