Join our Operating Groups for both Astmoor & Halebank and get together with like-minded business owners and employees to make key decisions about the BID and the future of your estate.
Halton BID will continue to be run by businesses on Astmoor and Halebank for the benefit of all businesses on the estates. Each company can appoint a representative who will have voting rights at the BID Annual General Meeting.
To make sure the BID is effective the Operating Groups will identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against which the performance of Halton BID will be monitored and evaluated on an ongoing basis. We will invite all businesses to feed into the creation of ongoing KPIs which will ensure Halton BID is accountable to all levy payers and that its’ performance is regularly monitored in a structured way by the Halton BID Board.
Our next Operating Group Meetings are scheduled to run on the following dates and we would love you to get involved.

30th January 24 – 1:00PM until 3:00PM
Halebank Industrial Estate Operating Group Meeting
31st January 24 – 10:00AM until 12:00 midday
