The new service, operated by Arriva and funded by the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority will run hourly Monday to Saturday, from early morning and throughout the evening with an average journey time between Liverpool and Runcorn High Street of approximately 50 minutes.
The X4 has stops on Arkwright Road, Brindley Road, Chadwick Road, Davy Road, Eddison Road. Arriva offer the Travel Club scheme. This allows the option to purchase an annual ticket via direct debit in 12 monthly instalments. This can save over £198 for any bus using employees.
