As part of Safer Business Action Week (10th–16th November) we’re reaching out to offer support and share useful resources with all businesses across the Halebank BID area.

This national initiative is designed to help businesses tackle issues such as theft, anti-social behaviour and criminal damage while strengthening local partnerships between the police and the business community.

Police Support on Site

Halton BID will be working alongside Halebank’s PCSO Stephen Marnick from the local policing team who will be attending the estate on the 11th 12th & 13th of November in a visible unit.

Keep an eye out for the police vehicle which will be parked at the Co-op car park where you’ll be able to:

  • Pick up crime prevention leaflets and speak directly with the team
  • Get advice on Business Watch and local WhatsApp groups
  • If any business would like a review of their current security setup or other concerns related to business crime, we can arrange a free site assessment with the specialist Designing Out Crime team

BID Initiatives to Support You

As part of your BID membership, don’t forget you also have access to:

•   24/7 keyholding service
•   SelectaDNA property marking kits
•   Subsidised security light installation

If you’d like to arrange a joint visit with a member of the BID team and Stephen Marnick or just want to find out more, please feel free to get in touch by replying to this email.
