Halton and St Helen’s VCA will be holding their ‘Time to Talk Day’ on Thursday 6 February. Their aim is to support mental health within our communities and local services, encouraging conversations around mental health and making those conversations comfortable.
The VCA have planned a drop in Coffee and Chat event at St Marie’s, Widnes from 10 am, and would love to meet and support the community. This is a great opportunity to get comfortable and start talking about mental health over a brew!
